Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)

Our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) was established in 1985, and provides employee-owners an opportunity to own an interest in the Company and provide additional income at retirement.

Employee ownership can serve many different goals. Building employees’ retirement security, boosting company performance, reducing a company’s tax burden, and giving employees a voice in decisions are just some of the reasons that we enjoy employee ownership. There is no cost to participate to receive the benefits of our ESOP.

Since the very beginning, our ESOP was designed to give employee-owners a stake in the business. It cultivates our culture and deeply held philosophy of private and shared ownership amongst employees. Today we are 100% employee-owned. That’s something to be proud of!


Our 401(k) savings plan is designed to provide a method of additional and voluntary savings for our employee-owners retirement plans.

Profit Sharing

Profit Sharing provides annual rewards. By working together, every employee-owner is an integral part of the business. If we hit our annual Company goal and are profitable, we can enjoy the fruits of our labor.

Paid time off (PTO) is a concept that provides full-time employee-owners with flexibility to use their time away from work to better meet personal and family needs. It is designed to give employee-owners the freedom to better manage their time off for rest, relaxation, illness, and other personal pursuits.

Employee Hat Discount

The Company encourages its employee-owners to take pride in their work by purchasing and wearing Company products. Employee-owners are entitled to a $200 credit per year toward the purchase of Company made or purchased products for their personal use from our factory store or online store.

Tuition Reimbursement

Up to $2,500 for GED or further education to improve existing position education goals.

Holiday Pay

We enjoy 8 company-paid holidays per year.

Health & Wellness

Health plans offered to maintain a better quality of life for employee-owners and their dependents through a choice of three medical plans, three dental plans and a vision plan.
